Do you offer an installation service?
Yes, we do – but only for the products we supply. We don’t offer fitting services for other retailers or the internet.
Do you uplift old floor coverings
Yes we can uplift carpets, vinyl, laminate and wooden flooring but unfortunately not ceramic tiles.
We hold a waste licence but we do charge for the service please contact us for a quote
Do you do free fitting?
No! And let me tell you a secret………neither does anyone else! If someone’s ‘free fitting’ offer has an * next to it and that * says something like – *on condition you buy such and such underlay or something similar, hands up who can tell me where the cost of the fitting has been built in to? Yep, you’ve got it – in a nutshell, if the free thing is conditional on you buying something, it’s not free.
Do we have to completely empty the room?
We ask that you get out as much as you can. All electrical items must be disconnected and removed from the room. If there is furniture in the room that you cannot move out, please contact us to discuss. In general, if a piece of furniture can’t be moved out, then it must be stripped down as much as possible – for example, if a bed is left in the room, the mattress needs to be moved out. If a sideboard is left in a room, it must be emptied etc. There are no hard and fast rules regarding this, just chat to us beforehand.
